The Lower Silesian Career Offices Network (DSBK) was established through an agreement between the Career Offices operating at Lower Silesian public and non-public universities. Functioning within the DSBK enables Career Offices to be more effective in terms of information and knowledge exchange and their own development. In addition, such cooperation allows for a significant degree of innovation while acting within a broad area of social life, such as career counselling.

The most important tasks of the DSBK are:

  • exchange of information on ongoing projects and ventures related to the labour market, vocational activation of students and graduates, and vocational guidance;
  • mutual promotion of projects addressed to the academic community and employers implemented by individual offices associated in the Network;
  • promotion of the idea of Career Offices in the academic and business environment of Lower Silesia;
  • implementation, as far as possible and upon approval of the authorities of individual universities, of joint projects, events and ventures aimed at students/graduates and employers;
