At DSW University you can apply for the same grants that students at public universities receive. These include the Rector's merit-based scholarships for the best students, special scholarships, need-based grants and hardship benefits. Read the Terms and Conditions for Determining, Awarding and Paying Material Assistance Benefits for Students and Participants in Doctoral Programmes at DSW University.

Each student applying for any grant or benefit must attach to their application, in addition to the documents listed in USOSweb, a statement confirming that they have not received material aid benefits in more than one programme of study.

A student who has taken their diploma exam (and therefore ceases to be a student) before the end of the period to which the scholarship has been granted will receive the last scholarship payment in the month in which the exam takes place.
