Assessment Centre is one of the tools for assessing potential that counsellors from the Career and Placement Office use in their work with students. If you are interested in finding out more about your competences, learning about your strengths, and identifying skills that need improvement - you are welcome to take part in an AC session.

It is a multidimensional and objective method influenced by:
- variety of criteria (a whole set of competences, described by specific behaviours, is assessed),
- variety of tools (during an AC session, participants take part in many tasks, exercises and simulations), multiple assessments (each competence is observed and assessed in several different tasks) and multiple observers (each participant is observed simultaneously by several experienced and appropriately trained assessors).
This is the most effective method of accurately predicting a given person’s suitability for a future job.
