CELTIC KALEIDOSCOPE No. 12

Date:         Monday 3 July (evening at 6 p. m.) – Sunday 9 July 2017 (morning)

Teaching programme: 60 lessons from Monday to Sunday

Total price:    5 450,- Kč (course fee 1 800,- Kč + accommodation and meals 3 650,- Kč)

Payment:    Course fee  1 800,- Kč – invoice payment or in cash on arrival (1st day of  course)

Accommodation and meals  3 650,- Kč in cash on arrival (1st day of the course)

Accommodation:
We have boooked the whole cottage - 13 rooms for max. 50 person.

Full board /until breakfast on Sunday 9th July/ has been boooked.

Transport: Individual (parking is in the place)

The course programme:

The language and methodology course is focused on the methodology of teaching culture and literature for teachers of English. Minimal language level should be B1-B2. The course will contain both lectures and interactive workshops with the four language skill being used and new approaches in teaching the language applied. The participants will become aquainted with a number of methods and materials which can later be used in their classes or adapted to any topic for teaching culture of the Anglo-Saxon or Celtic world. Some of the methods and materials used during the course are matching, true –false, quiz, tests, visual materials, music and songs, analysis of literary texts, changes in vocabulary, neologisms etc.
